Welcome to bookingbih.com (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Overview
bookingbih.com is an online marketplace that connects users with accommodation providers and service professionals (e.g. cleaning, gardening, babysitting, barber, beauty services).
We are not a direct provider of accommodations or services.

2. User Accounts
* Registration is free.
* Users may register as:
* Guests (customers)
* Business Owners (service providers or accommodation hosts)
* You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Bookings & Payments
* Accommodation bookings are subject to a **5% platform commission**.
* Service bookings are subject to a **€1 fee per transaction**.
* Platform fees are processed via **Stripe**.
#### Important:
* The **main service or accommodation payment is made directly to the provider**, unless otherwise specified.
* Providers may optionally request:
* A deposit, or
* Full prepayment via the platform

4. Provider Responsibilities
Business owners agree to:
* Provide accurate listings
* Deliver services as described
* Respect booking agreements
* Handle cancellations responsibly

5. Payouts
* Providers can request payouts for deposits or collected payments.
* Payouts are processed **once per month** via:
* Bank transfer (IBAN)
* PayPal

6. Cancellations & Refunds
* Cancellation policies are defined by each provider.
* bookingbih.com is not responsible for disputes but may assist in resolution.

7. Featured Ads
* Free plan: 1 ad / 30 days
* Paid packages: multiple ads and extended duration
* We reserve the right to modify advertising packages.

8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
* Provide false information
* Engage in fraud
* Use the platform for illegal activities
* Circumvent platform fees

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
* Service quality
* Damages caused by providers or users
* Payment disputes between parties

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
